An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that after being hit by the vehicle he was immediately shifted to a hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. He has been identified as Nasrullah Jan Banday (61), son of Mohammad Hassan Banday of Hyderpora’s Ibrahim Colony.
